Effective 18Apr2011 NVOCCs holding the FMC-OTI license may utilize NVOCC Negotiated Rate Arrangements (NRAs). This new pricing option allows licensed NVOCCs to substitute NRAs for tariff rate filings. Tariff Access
DPI maintains tariffs for public access in accordance with U.S. Federal Maritime Regulations. Our Client List provides general information, including contact information, for each of the ocean carriers, NVOCCs and marine terminal operators whose FMC tariffs are maintained for public access at this web site.
To access FMC tariffs published by DPI enter your User ID and Password under Member Login - this will take you to the Members Menu. Access to tariffs is provided via the Members Menu. If you login and then visit other web pages, for example, SIGNALS newsletter pages, and wish to return to the Members Menu - just click on Members, then you can resume viewing tariff info.
