DPI has retained its traditional practice of issuing sequential correction
numbers for every tariff page issued after the initial tariff filing.
Furthermore, we continue to note sequential revision numbers on each page.
You will find these in the middle of the heading of the sample rate page.
Correction numbers, page numbers and revision numbers are recorded on a
computerized version of the "Correction Checksheet." With each set of printed
tariff pages, new or revised, sunscribers will receive an up dated Correction
Checksheet. In order to ensure you have received all pages issued, simply
compare the page numbers shown on the Correction Checksheet to the pages enclosed.
Please see our sample Correction Checksheet,
which notes Revision Numbers, Correction Numbers and symbols that identify
the Amendment type. This system accurately records every amendment to the tariff.
Please note, DPI issues correction pages which are Intentionally Left Blank (ILB).
These are recorded on the Checksheet, but, in order to conserve paper, these ILB
pages are normally not printed and distributed to tariff users. The purpose of
the ILB pages is to record gaps in the sequence of page numbers which occur due
to our page numbering practice. A sample ILB Page is
the last of the sample tariff pages.
