Distribution-Publications, Inc. (DPI) provides a professional service for Ocean Carriers, NVOCCs and Terminal Operators subject to the tariff publication regulations of the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). DPI's tariff publishing service provides:

• Tariff publication in compliance with the FMC Regulations;
• Timely confirmation of tariff filing instructions via electronic mail or fax;
• Maintenance of tariffs on an Internet accessible database: www.dpiusa.com;.
• Publication of comprehensive tariffs in hard copy and in Adobe® PDF format;
• Record keeping and maintenance of NSA or SC documents as filed with the FMC.

Our fees for tariff publications are:

Our other fees are:

DATABASE MAINTENANCE according to FMC regulations, DPI is required to maintain a complete and accurate record of each tariff published for 5 years on our Internet accessible database. To recover costs associated with this requirement we assess an annual fee of $ 400.00 per customer. DPI does not assess a minimum monthly fee; if a tariff is not updated, no charges are incurred beyond the annual database maintenance fee.

ADOBE® PDF TARIFFS: all tariffs published by DPI are available in Adobe® PDF format, and are available for download from our web site. Tariff publishing clients are provided with access to their own tariffs in Adobe® PDF format at no added charge; additional fees apply for other public tariffs published by DPI. PDF Tariffs can also be provided on CD-ROM disks and via e-mail. Please see PDFs or Downloads on our web site for details.

ASSESSORIALS AND TABLES: as an optional service, DPI can provide assessorials and table programming to support "bottom-line" rate calculation used by ATFI compatible systems. The publication fee for assessorials or tables is $25/each, including up to 5 sets; the fee for additional or amended sets is $5/each; new or amended table cells are $2.50/each. ATFI transaction sets for each filing session are available for a fee of $15 per filing. This service is provided by special arrangement only.

REGULATORY CONSULTATION AND RESEARCH as an optional service, DPI offers its expertise to clients in need of assistance with service contracts, agreements, OTI License Applications, Special Permission and Docket Applications; service provided at a fee of $60.00 per hour, billed on a per minute basis. All publishing clients receive a complimentary subscription to SIGNALS™; the newsletter of Distribution-Publications, Inc., which provides detailed and timely information on new FMC regulations and enforcement activities.

WEB SITE ACCESS: Tariffs published by DPI are accessible at http://www.dpiusa.com. Tariff publishing clients are provided with access to their own tariffs at no added charge. As an optional service, web access to all public tariffs published by DPI is available for a fee of $100 per month, with a minimum enrollment of three months.
