representative to publish and maintain its tariff(s); to execute and file in the
name of said carrier applications for special permission which comply in all
respects with the governing tariff circular except as to signature; to execute
and file letters of transmittal of tariffs, and statements respective to tariff
filings and other documents concerning tariffs.  Said carrier hereby agrees to
retain said tariff representative as per the terms and conditions set forth
in its price list, and ratifies, confirms and assumes full responsibility
for all acts that said tariff representative may do by virtue of this authority
hereby granted.  This authority is continuing until revoked in writing.
