All tariffs published by DPI are available as PDF files. The PDF tariffs provide a complete copy of the tariff as of the PDF issue date. The layout of the PDF tariffs is identical to the traditional printed tariffs published by DPI, and may be easily printed. All the benefits of the traditional tariff page format are provided, plus the PDF tariffs provide a unique system of bookmarks and indexes that allow for quick access to tariff rules and commodity rates. Updated PDF tariff files are available from DPI on CD-ROM disks, or via download from the DPI web site.

 Adobe Acrobat® Reader

The Adobe Acrobat® Reader is used to view, navigate and print PDF tariffs. This software is compatible with a wide range of operating systems, and runs efficiently within a web browser, or as a stand-alone application. Adobe's technology is provides superb print quality, and is compatible with most printers. Once a PDF file is downloaded, or copied from a CD-ROM, retrieval is very fast and user friendly. Accessibility is not limited by the speed of your Internet connection, or network congestion. For many tariffs and tariff users the PDF tariff files are far more efficient than web site access. Pricing for PDF tariff files varies based on the volume of pages in the requested tariff, and the frequency of updates required. For a price quotation or to enter a subscription please contact DPI. Minimum charge per PDF tariff is US$ 75.00 This service is provided only for tariffs published by DPI; please see "Downloads" for the current list of tariffs available in PDF file format.

 Downloading PDFs

You may download PDFs to obtain the most recent issue of any tariff we publish that is fewer than 1,000 pages. If you have difficulty downloading, please contact DPI for assistance. For larger tariffs or multiple tariffs it is more efficient for us to copy these to CD-ROM disks and send them to you by mail or courier. Another benefit to CD-ROM distribution is that we include a free copy of the Adobe Acrobat® Reader with every disk.
